Tactics in Listening The TOEFL

Listening comprehension on the TOEFL test consists of some tactics. Here, you can practice these tactics below.
  • The question in short conversations is usually taken from the second line. As a consequence, you must figure out the information that the speaker means.
  • These questions in listening comprehension usually ask material types from easy to difficult.
  • The correct answer generally restates the information in the second line.
  • If you are truly blank, choose the answer containing the most different sounds from the second line in the conversation.
  • Leaving some numbers in the blank answers is not good because your guest answer you fill may be right.
