Do You Know The TOEFL iBT Is?

 By: TOEFL consultant

The Internet-Based TOEFL was launched on September 24, 2005 in the United States, and then is introduced in the world during 2006. It is usually called the next generation TOEFL. Consequently, the computer-based TOEFL (CBT) and the paper-based TOEFL (PBT) will be discontinued.

In addition, the speaking and writing sections are required on the test. In other words, although the two sections consist of longer passages, the questions are very similar to those on previous TOEFL formats. Moreover, lots of topics in writing sections for the internet-based TOEFL are not very different from the previously published one for the computer-based TOEFL.

Students can find a free TOEFL iBT registration and information bulletin by downloading free at  www.ets.org/toefl. Moreover, if you want to apply the test, you can register for the internet-based TOEFL by online, by mail, or by phone.
