Three language skills are tested on the TOEFL. All of all, the computer-based TOEFL (CBT) contains four sections like listening, structure, reading, and writing. Second, the paper-based TOEFL (PBT) includes listening, structure, reading, and test of written English. The last, the internet-based TOEFL (iBT) comprises of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Is grammar not used again? The answer of this is easy because now it is tested as part of the other sections like speaking and writing.
